Registration & Invitation
Q: How do I register for the event?
This is an invitation-only event. The guest list is nominated by SEG Solar company representatives. The formal invitation was sent from info@segsolar.com — please click the RSVP button in the email to complete your registration. Note: invalid or missing email addresses will not receive event updates.
Q: How will I know my registration is confirmed?
The registration page will display “Registration Successful” upon completion. You’ll also receive confirmation and reminder emails leading up to the event.
Q: How do I check in on the day of the event?
Please follow the directional signage to the registration area. You will receive an event lanyard and name badge before entering the venue.

Business casual or formal attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended — the factory tour involves a significant amount of walking.

Free on-site parking is available. Follow the directional signage or event staff to designated parking areas.

Discounted hotel options are available at partner hotels. Rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis — book early.
Q: How far is the venue from the airport?
About 22 miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), approximately 30 minutes via TX-249 N depending on traffic.
Food
Q: Will meals be provided?
Yes. A networking breakfast and catered lunch will be served. Lunch follows the factory tour.
